Mindfulness Workshops

We offer Mindfulness workshops that consist of education, dialogue, experiential practice and community engagement. We offer various Mindfulness training series that are tailored to empower, educate, and support diverse groups and athletes within Santa Clara County and the greater SF Bay Area.
We believe in collaboration and recognize that community education matters. We offer services in schools, non-profit organizations, medical clinics, workplaces and community partners. We educate, we connect and provide a safe space to build community.

Optional Formats
While we can customize and tailor the curriculum and formats. Our services can be virtual or in-person. We offer both in-person workshops at our office, your site and virtually via secure video platforms.
