Mindfulness Training is a results-driven program with education and hands-on mental training for participants to maximize mindfulness integration into practice, daily life, and to improve performance. This program can be tailored to be administered in an individual setting or group environment.
We have different training options that vary between 3-6 consecutive sessions to incorporate mindfulness skills; breath work, grounding methods, and mindfulness techniques integrated in daily life and or sport-specific technical skills.
