Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement Training
Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) Training is a results-driven program with education and hands-on mental training for athletes to maximize mindfulness integration into practice, daily life, and competition. This program can be tailored to be administered in an individual setting or group environment.
We help athletes hone into their skills, practice mindfulness in motion to strengthen their mental conditioning. This mental training will serve as part of the preparation to improve performance, and the content is tailored to a specific sport, team and athlete.
The 6 sessions incorporate mindfulness skills in motion; breath work, grounding methods, and mindfulness directly to sport-specific technical skills.
