Mindfulness for Athletes

We are providers certified in Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement training and offer professional guidance for athletes.Mindfulness for Athletes in Campbell, California - Mindful Practices

  1. We apply the Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) training and provide athletes with mental skills to improve performance.
  2. We work with all athletes, either in high school, college, elite and professional level.
  3. We support athletes that have suffered an injury as well as professional athletes that are transitioning and adjusting into retirement.

Mindfulness is a tool to better understand how the mind works. We will practice using your whole self while performing your sport. We provide concepts to build mental capacity to be present, particularly under pressure.

MSPE can be applied with an individual athlete, coach or administered for a team as part of a group environment.

MSPE is an interactive training to better understand the power of mindfulness, how to utilize mental skills and how to strengthen the mind. “Attention is the currency for performance.”
